Need help finding your order number? Your order number is the 4 ор 5 digit number included in your Order and Shipping Confirmation emails. It is also located on your order’s packing slip. If you cannot find these records, no problem! Send us an email to bulkey@codewallet.eu using the email address used to place your order and we can send it over!
Some Additional Returns Information!
- You can submit a return request within 14 days of the receive date.
- Returns must be unused and in the condition you received them. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment. We cannot change payment methods to redirect refunds to other accounts.
- Customized Wallets can not be returned and are non-refundable.
- For all approved Exchanges we do not cover the return shipping costs.
- We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If we can verify the order was dropped off with a receipt and the order is lost, we will take responsibly and honor the Return/Exchange.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- All returns must be from a verified codewallet.eu order. BulKey does not offer returns on items purchased outside of codewallet.eu. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
- BulKey does not price match with dealers or competitors.
